How Not To Stay Depressed

1. Think about something positive or something happy.... like when u had ur first kiss, or when u got ur first puppy or sumthing like that

2. Listen to happy songs.... do not listen to Rascal Flatts 'WhaT Hurts the Most'

3. Think about how much better off you are than someone you know... like the prettiest girl in ur class, or how ur always surrounded by friends rather than being a loner.. haha! this one works for me!

4. Have a good rest at least once in a while... do not overwork and it will get even depressing

5. Play with hamsters... Phoebe

6. Smile even though u dont feel like it as smiling makes us feel happy

7. Read weird stories online as it creates a sense of entertainment (sometimes humor)

8. Do not read other people's depressing statuses on facebook

9. Jog or do any forms of exercise and it allows blood to freely flow throughout the body

10. Notice little things that make us appreciate life more and be thankful for what we have is a gift from God each day


Be different. Make a difference. It matters.
