Reminiscing The Last Few Months

3rd year is almost coming to an end.
I've learned so much over the past few months.
It's been ages since i last posted on my blog.
Still in the midst of exams. Left with Osce and MDE Comprehensive genitourinary - gastrointestinal to go.
A few more days left to finally leave this country and head home. A place that's getting hotter than the deserts yet feels so alive and homely.
For the time being, I'm grateful Sooca is over and i've managed to pull through again (although the results are not quite what I expected).
And I'm thankful for the one person who has never failed to be by my side no matter what shit i am going through. Last night, he posted this picture on my fb wall. The cutest and most adorable thing ever. 

P/S: he promised to get me one just like this... awww... baby never fails to make me feel like the most special person on this planet........ xoxo :)

Fashionista Craze

Fashion! Fashion! Fashion!

The craze is just all around us ladies (even the men drown themselves in this stuffs too!) from the moment we learn to put on make-up, or start deciding if our clothes, footwear and other accessories need touch up.

Fashion is always ever-changing, and never-ending. There's always a new trend, or a new 'look' or something popular that the society takes a fancy to. It's always the chase to try and fit in with the current style. Fashionising is the popular term used to desribe what's new and what's hot in fashion.

Fashion does not necessarily mean how exclusive your wardrobe is or how glamorous you can get, it's also about the attitude. Some pieces of fabric put together give a whole new outlook on how sexy a person is or how he/she brings out herself in the eye of the public.

The Cycle of Fashion is fuelled by conversion. Designers continually persuade the public that their new ideas, however shocking they may seem, are in fact everything that a stylish wardrobe requires. This is the reason why the ultimatum of fashion is just never-ending.

Some fashion tips that might be useful:-

1) Do not dress like someone you're not. Do not change urself thinking that ur trying to fit in. Ur highly likely to make a fool of urself. Do not do it.

2) It is ok to dress up out of the normal once in a while. Trying something new is never wrong.

3) Make sure you feel good about how you dress and not what other people think about what ur wearing. Being hot is just skin deep, but being sexy is the ultimate goal.

4) Do not overdo ur make-up or over accessorize as you don't want people to think ur trying to imitate the clowns in the circus. You do not want to be humiliated like that.

5) Do not wear the same clothes you wore 15 years back as you might wanna move forward and not backward.

6) Do not buy clothes that are a size or two smaller thinking you wanna wear them after you lose those extra weights. You're probably not going to look at those clothes forever.

7) Try to find clothes and jewellery that are suiting for ur style and appropriate for the event ur attending. You want people to notice you for the right reasons and not to be the subject of laughter among ur friends.

Meanings and Hopes

Hey peeps,

I guess this is the longest weekend of my entire semester... 4 whole days just for me and myself to to whatever i like without being weighed down with assignments, LEARNING ISSUES, or anything else in that matter...

So yesterday was GOOD FRIDAY, and as i read the BIBLE, i came across this verse which i would like to share with all...

Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the cross, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes we were healed.
I Peter (ch. II, v. 24)

I felt so moved by this verse as it clearly reminds us of what 'sinful beings' we truly are and God had to come and die for us to give us salvation... Fuh, now that's DEEP!!



Sometimes, we don't realise that we are so indulged in SIN, that we are crucifying CHRIST on the CROSS each time we commit the SIN..

And yesterday's message was CLEAR AS CRYSTAL, we live for CHRIST, everything we DO is for HIS GLORY! so nothing else matters........ hmmmm

So, having said these things, it's time to ponder on the things which sometimes we don't really think about, but can cause serious consequences later in life. However, if we truly come to HIM and confess our sins, we will be cleansed and God will forgive us.. now that's truly CONSOLING!
